The Scent Room Hand Poured Candles

Thank you for choosing The Scent Room Hand Poured Candles. Every candle is carefully handcrafted, poured, and packaged with attention to detail. We appreciate your patience as we create each order especially for you.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days after your order is placed.

  • Since each candle is hand-poured and packaged by our team, processing times may vary slightly during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order, not the number of items purchased.

  • Shipping costs are determined by the selected shipping carrier and destination at checkout.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Damaged Orders

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the damaged product(s), shipping box, and packaging materials are required.

  • Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Damage claims submitted without photo documentation may not qualify for replacement.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

  • The Scent Room is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier.

  • If your package is delayed, please refer to the tracking information or contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue whenever possible.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Because our candles are handmade and produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or we made an error with your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production has begun, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Weather Notice

Our candles are made with premium wax that may soften or melt during periods of extreme heat. We recommend retrieving your package as soon as possible after delivery, especially during warmer months. The Scent Room is not responsible for damage caused by prolonged exposure to heat after delivery.
